Banana Joe is a small, independent brand run from Boca Raton, Florida – with roots in Miami tours and a second home in Hamburg. No corporate ladder, no open-plan office. Just people who like tropical shirts, good stories and doing things their own way.

Designers & Illustrators
Tiki, vintage surf, tropical punk, hand-drawn type. If you can draw a shirt we’d actually wear, we want to see it.
Tour Guides
Miami, Everglades, New York City, Madeira, Hamburg. Fluent English (German is a plus), a real love for your city, and the ability to keep a small group entertained for hours.
Content & Marketing
Photo, video, copy, ads. Remote is fine. Show us what you’ve made, not your CV.
